Begun and held at the City of Washington on Tuesday, the twenty-third day of January,

one thousand nine hundred and ninety

An Act

To designate the Post Office building at 222 West Center Street, in Orem, Utah, as

the ‘Arthur V. Watkins Post Office Building’.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Post Office located at 222 West Center Street, in Orem, Utah, shall hereafter be known and designated as the ‘Arthur V. Watkins Post Office Building’. Any reference in a law, regulation, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States to that building shall be deemed to be a reference to the Arthur V. Watkins Post Office Building.
