A BILL

For the relief of Peter J. Montagnoli.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Peter J. Montagnoli of Las Vegas, Nevada, the sum of $8,000, in full satisfaction of all his claims against the United States for reimbursement for the expenses he incurred from July 1970 through May 7, 1973, in securing the reimbursement of his disability insurance benefits under the Social Security Act which were terminated in September 1970.
