A BILL

To amend title 23, United States Code, to repeal provisions establishing a national maximum speed limit.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REPEAL OF NATIONAL MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT COMPLIANCE PROGRAM.

    Sections 141(a) and 154 of title 23, United States Code, are repealed.
