A BILL
To suspend temporarily the duty on ranitidine hydrochloride (bulk and dosage forms).
- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. RANITIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE.
- Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading:

SEC. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.
- The amendment made by section 1 applies with respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of enactment of this Act.
