Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1995, the duty on 4-hydroxy-a-(((6-(4-phenylbutoxy)hexyl)amino)-methyl)-1, 3-benzenedimethol, 1-hydroxy-2-naphthalenecarboxylate (salmeterol xinafoate bulk and dosage forms).
