A BILL

To amend the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend certain provisions relating to verification of wages and issuance of duty refund certificates to insular producers in the United States Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That additional U.S. Note 5(h)(i) to Chapter 91 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking ‘and before January 1, 1995,’ and inserting ‘and before January 1, 2007,’.
