Ms. ENGLISH of Arizona introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Natural Resources

A BILL

To amend the San Carlos Apache Tribe Water Rights Settlement Act of 1992 to extend the deadline for completing certain actions described therein.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 3711(b)(1) of title XXXVII of the San Carlos Apache Tribe Water Rights Settlement Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4752) is amended by striking out ‘December 31, 1994’ and inserting in lieu thereof ‘December 31, 1995’.
