Fresh Cut Flowers and Fresh Cut Greens Promotion and Information Act of 1993 - Authorizes the establishment of a program of promotion, consumer information, and research to strengthen the cut flowers and cut greens industry, including the creation of a Fresh Cut Flowers and Fresh Cut Greens Promotion Council. Requires a continuation referendum of handlers within three years of the issuance of the required marketing order. Authorizes appropriations.
