Mr. TEJEDA (for himself, Mr. BUYER, Ms. WATERS, and Mr. MONTGOMERY) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Veterans’ Affairs


A BILL

To amend title 38, United States Code, to make permanent alternative teacher certification programs.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 3452(c) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking out ‘For the period ending on September 30, 1996, such’ and inserting in lieu thereof ‘Such’.
