A BILL

For the relief of Senior Master Sergeant William L. Sullivan, United States Air Force.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. WAIVER OF TIME LIMITATION.

    During the 6-month period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, the time limitation set forth in subsection (g) of section 3721 (relating to claims of agency personnel for personal property damage or loss) of title 31, United States Code, shall not apply to a claim filed pursuant to such section by Senior Master Sergeant William L. Sullivan, United States Air Force, of Fort Worth, Texas, with respect to the loss of his household goods, which were stolen on March 12, 1993, during the transportation of such goods from England to the United States.
