3/23/2000--Introduced. Cybermolesters Enforcement Act of 2000 - Amends the Federal criminal code to provide for a five year mandatory minimum sentence for: (1) transportation in interstate or foreign commerce of a person under age 18 with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity; and (2) travel in interstate or foreign commerce with intent to engage in a sexual act with a person under age 18.
