A BILL

To authorize retention by the City of Tullahoma, Tennessee, of all funds received under Environmental Protection Agency construction grants c470319-03 and c470319-04.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. RETENTION OF FUNDS.

    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the City of Tullahoma, Tennessee--

      (1) is not required to repay any funds received under Environmental Protection Agency construction grants c470319-03 and c470319-04; and

      (2) shall not be liable for any penalties or interest on such funds.
