9/25/2000--Introduced. United States Mint Numismatic Coin Clarification Act of 2000 - Amends Federal monetary law to authorize the Secretary of the Treasury to mint and issue platinum bullion coins.Mandates that the Secretary include in the annual financial statement for the Numismatic Public Enterprise Fund a supplemental schedule that details for each denomination of circulating coins produced by the Mint during the fiscal year: (1) the costs, expenses, and per-unit cost of production, marketing, and distribution; and (2) the gross revenue derived from coin sales.
