Saccharin Warning Elimination via Environmental Testing Employing Science and Technology Act (or SWEETEST Act) - Repeals provisions of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and the Saccharin Study and Labeling Act, that require Federal warning labels on foods containing saccharin.
