Directs the Administrator of the General Services Administration, in consideration of a specified payment by Park County, Wyoming, to convey to the County a specified parcel of land. Reserves rights to coal, oil, or gas resources.Conditions such conveyance on U.S. compliance with requirements regarding the sale or transfer of Federal property on which any hazardous substances were stored, released, or disposed of.
