Mr. MACK (for himself and Mr. GRAHAM) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Finance


A BILL

To provide for the liquidation or reliquidation of certain entries in accordance with a final decision of the Department of Commerce under the Tariff Act of 1930.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. LIQUIDATION OR RELIQUIDATION OF CERTAIN ENTRIES.

    (a) LIQUIDATION OR RELIQUIDATION OF ENTRIES- Notwithstanding sections 514 and 520 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1514 and 1520), or any other provision of law, the United States Customs Service shall, not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, liquidate or reliquidate the entries described in subsection (c), in accordance with the final decision of the Department of Commerce of February 7, 1990 (case number A580-803-001).

    (b) PAYMENT OF AMOUNTS OWED- Any amounts owed by the United States pursuant to the liquidation or reliquidation of an entry under subsection (a) shall be paid by the Customs Service within 90 days after such liquidation or reliquidation.
