Mr. BORSKI introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means


A BILL

To provide for the elimination of duty on TOPSIN.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. ELIMINATION OF DUTY ON TOPSIN.

    (a) IN GENERAL- Subheading 3808.20.24 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking ‘and Metiram’ and inserting

      ‘Metiram; and

      TOPSIN (CAS No. 23564-05-8)’.

    (b) EFFECTIVE DATE- The amendment made by subsection (a) applies with respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
