A BILL

To provide for the elimination of duty on Thiophanate-Methyl.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. ELIMINATION OF DUTY ON THIOPHANATE-METHYL.

    (a) IN GENERAL- Chapter 29 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new subheading, with the article description having the same degree of indentation as the article description for subheading 2930.10.00:

    (b) EFFECTIVE DATE- The amendment made by subsection (a) applies with respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
