A BILL

To recognize the American Boxing and Athletic Association as the official sanctioning body for amateur elimination boxing contests.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. RECOGNITION OF AMERICAN BOXING AND ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION.

    The Congress hereby recognizes the American Boxing and Athletic Association (a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Michigan) is recognized as the official sanctioning body for amateur elimination boxing contests.
