Mr. LUCAS of Kentucky introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure


A BILL

To amend title 40, United States Code, to add Nicholas and Robertson Counties, Kentucky, to the Appalachian region.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 14102(a)(1)(C) of title 40, United States Code, is amended--

      (1) by inserting ‘Nicholas’ after ‘Morgan’; and

      (2) by inserting ‘Robertson’ after ‘Pulaski’.
