10/29/2003--Introduced. Amends the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS) to prohibit the prescription drug cost-sharing requirements for Medicare-eligible beneficiaries under CHAMPUS from being in excess of the cost-sharing requirements applicable to all other CHAMPUS health care beneficiaries.
