Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey two specified parcels of National Forest System (NFS) land in Forest County, Wisconsin, to the towns of Laona and Wabeno, at their request, for use as industrial park sites in exchange for the appraised fair market value of the parcels. Requires, if necessary, the exact acreage and legal description of such lands to be determined by surveys satisfactory to the Secretary. Requires the costs of a survey to be borne by the recipient of the land.

Provides for the deposit and use of proceeds from the conveyance of land under this Act, including making such proceeds available to the Secretary to acquire land and interests in land for inclusion in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest.

Withdraws the land to be conveyed from location, entry, and patent under the public land laws, mining laws, and mineral leasing laws, including geothermal leasing laws.
