3/28/2006--Introduced. Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to authorize an immigration judge to not order the removal of a deportable alien parent of a U.S. citizen if the judge determines that such removal is against the best interests of the child, except that such discretionary authority shall not apply to an alien deportable on grounds of: (1) security; or (2) sex trafficking or severe forms of trafficking in persons.
