  Mr. Wicker introduced the following bill; which was read twice and 
   referred to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation

                                 A BILL


 
       To correct an error in the enrollment of the Consolidated 
                       Appropriations Act, 2010.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. TECHNICAL CORRECTION.

    Section 159(b)(2)(C) of title I, division A, of the Consolidated 
Appropriations Act, 2010, is amended by striking clauses (i) and (ii) 
and inserting the following:
                            ``(i) requiring inspections of any 
                        container that carries a firearm or ammunition; 
                        and
                            ``(ii) the temporary suspension of firearm 
                        carriage service if credible intelligence 
                        information indicates a threat related to the 
                        national rail system or specific routes or 
                        trains.''.
