To suspend temporarily the duty on mixtures of Reactive Red 198 and Reactive Red 239.
Mixtures of Reactive Red 198 and Reactive Red 239
Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading:
|9902.01.00||Mixtures of Reactive Red 198, (2,7-Naphthalenedisulfonic acid, 5-[[4-chloro-6-[(3-sulfophenyl)amino]-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl]amino]-4-hydroxy-3-[2-[4-[[2-(sulfooxy)ethyl]sulfonyl] phenyl] diazenyl]-, sodium salt (1:?)) (CAS No. 78952–61–1) and Reactive Red 239, (1,5-Naphthalenedisulfonic acid, 2-[2-[8-[[4-chloro-6-[[4-[[2-(sulfooxy)ethyl]sulfonyl] phenyl]amino]-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl]amino]-1-hydroxy-3,6-disulfo-2-naphthalenyl]diazenyl]-, sodium salt (1:5)) (CAS No. 89157–03–9). The amendment made by subsection (a) applies to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
