11/21/2013--Introduced. Citizen Involvement in Campaigns Act of 2013 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow: (1) a $200 tax credit ($400 for joint returns) for contributions to a candidate for federal elective public office or to the national committee of a national political party; or (2) a tax deduction (available to taxpayers who do not itemize deductions) for such political contributions up to $600 ($1,200 for joint returns).
