ABLE Age Adjustment Act
This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code, with respect to qualified ABLE programs, to increase the threshold for eligibility for such programs from age 26 to age 46. (Tax-favored ABLE [Achieving a Better Life Experience] accounts are designed to enable individuals with disabilities to save for and pay for disability-related expenses.)
