Veterans Independent Living Enhancement Act

This bill repeals provisions that: (1) prohibit the initiation of Department of Veterans Affairs programs providing independent living services and assistance for more than 2,700 veterans in each fiscal year, and (2) require giving first priority under such programs to veterans for whom the reasonable feasibility of achieving a vocational goal is precluded solely as a result of disability.
