H.R. 6740 amends the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to establish Border Tunnel Task Forces in areas significantly threatened by cross-border threats and where facilitating collaboration and enhancing information sharing among federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies can reduce cross-border tunnel related threats.
