Preserve Fishing on Wild and Scenic River Act
This bill prohibits a person from operating an aquaculture facility unless the Department of the Interior certifies that the facility will not discharge a pollutant into a river any segment of which is a wild and scenic river.
The prohibition excludes fish hatcheries operated by a federal or state agency and goes into effect after a three-year period.
