A BILL

To extend the period for adjustment of status for certain Liberian nationals, and for other purposes.

1.

Short title

This Act may be cited as the Liberian Refugee Fairness Extension Act.

2.

Extension of period for adjustment of status for certain Liberian nationals

Section 7611(b)(1)(A) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (8 U.S.C. 1255 note; Public Law 116–92) is amended by striking 2 years and inserting 3 years.
