The United Nations Population Fund is the UN’s main agency dealing with sexual and reproductive health issues worldwide.

(Oddly, the agency still maintains the acronym UNFPA, based on its original name from 1969–87: the United Nations Fund for Population Activities.)

UNFPA doesn’t explicitly promote or endorse abortion, working within each individual country’s political framework as it operates globally, rather than explicitly advocating policy change. Instead, its stated goal is to reduce the number of unintended pregnancies entirely, by increasing family planning medication access and education.
