                               AN A C T .                                 January 17, 1969
 To increase the per annum rate of compensation of the President of the      [H. R. lO]
                            United States.

  Be it enacted hy the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled., That section 102 Presidential
of title 3, United States Code, is amended by striking out "$100,000*' ^"ltl[Z"C'
and inserting in lieu thereof "$200,000".
  SEC. 2. The amendment made by this Act shall take effect at noon ^"^ctive date.
on January 20,1969.
