9/18/1974--Introduced. Prohibits the interstate shipment of dogs trained for or intended to be used in dog fights for purposes of sport, wagering, or entertainment. Specifies punishments for persons involved in such commerce and for promoters of and participants in activities which include such dog fights if at least one of the dogs involved had been moved in such commerce.
