Grants a Federal charter with all of the appropriate powers, duties, and liabilities to the United States Athletic Hall of Fame, Incorporated. States that purposes of the corporation created by this Act shall be: (1) to maintain a United States Athletic Hall of Fame in order to display sports equipment, books, memorabila, and other related material dating from the beginning of organized sports in the United States; (2) to maintain and disseminate literature about the history of sports in the United States; and (3) to name and enshrine into the United States Athletic Hall of Fame the greatest contributors to American sports.
