1/21/1976--Introduced. Grants Federal and Congressional employees leave without reduction in pay or leave to which they are otherwise entitled for absences due to service as a witness in any judicial proceeding to which the United States, the District of Columbia, or a State or local government is a party. Allows amounts appropriated for government contributions to Federal employee and retired Federal employees health plans to remain available until expended.
