 Feb. 27. 1976      To amend tbe Act of October 19, 1965, to provide additional autliorizutiou for the

                      Be it enacted hy the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Library of          United States of America in Congress assembled, That section o of the
Congress            joint resolution entitled "Joint resolution to authovize the Architect of
James Madison       the Capitol to construct the third Library of Congress building in
Memorial            square 732 in the District of Columbia to be named the James INIadison
Building.           Memorial Building and to contain a ^ladison Memorial Hall, and for
Additional          other purposes", approved October 19, 1965 (79 Stat. 980; Public Law
authorization.

                    89-260), is amended by striking out "$90,000,000-' and inserting in lieu
                    thereof "$123,000,000"'.
