89 STAT. 570 PUBLIC LAW 94-108—OCT. 8, 1975 Public Law 94-108 94th Congress An Act Oct. 8, 1975 To extend until the close of J u n e 30,1978, the period during which certain dyeing [H.R. 7715] and tanning materials may be imported free of duty. Be it enacted hy the Senate and House of Representatives of the Dyeing and United States of America in Congress assembled^ That (a) item 907.80 tanning of the Appendix to the Tariff Schedules of the United States (19 materials. U.S.C. 1202) is amended by striking out "9/30/75" and inserting in Duty suspension, lieu thereof "6/30/78". extension. 19 u s e 1202 (b) The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect note. to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption after September 30,1975.
