                      Be it enacted hy the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Dyeing and         United States of America in Congress assembled^ That (a) item 907.80
tanning            of the Appendix to the Tariff Schedules of the United States (19
materials.         U.S.C. 1202) is amended by striking out "9/30/75" and inserting in

                      (b) The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect
