                    Be it enacted hy the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Leonor Young.    United States of America in Congress assembled, Tliat in tlie adminis-
                 tration of tlie Immigration and Nationality Act, Miss Leonor Young
                 may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b) (1)
8 use 1101.       (F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Mrs.
                 Barbara Jennings Dudrow, a citizen of the United States, pursuant
8 use 1154.      to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural parents or
                 brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such rela-
                 tionship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immi-
8 use 1255.      gration and Nationality Act. The provision of section 245(c) of the
                 Act shall be inapplicable in this case.

                 istration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Edward Drag may
                 be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b) (1) (F) of
8 use 1101.      the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in his behalf by Mr. and
                 Mrs. Zigmund Fronczak, citizens of the United States, pursuant to
8 use 1154.      section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers
                 or sisters of the beneficiarjr shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be
                 accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and
                 Nationality Act.

                 the widow of a citizen of the United States, shall be held and consid-
                 ered to be within the purview of section 201(b) of that Act and the
8 use 1151.      provisions of section 204 and section 245(c) of such Act shall not be
8 use 1154,      applicable in this case.
