                      Be it enacted hy the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Fernando A.        United States of America in Congress assembled^ That, in the admin-

                   tive petition filed by Leopoldina Teixeira Macos in behalf of Fernando
                   Alves Macos may be approved notwithstanding the provisions of

                      Be it enacted hy the Senate and House of Representatives of the
HoUis A. Millet.    United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwith-
                   standing the provision of section 212(a) (23) of the Immigration and
8 u s e 1182.      Nationality Act, Hollis Anthony Millet may be issued a visa and
                   admitted to the United States for permanent residence if he is found
                   to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided,
                   That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of
                   which the Department of State or the Department of Justice had
                   knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act: Provided further, That
                   for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationalitv Act the said
                   Hollis Anthony Millet shall be held and considered to be a minor and
                   to have acquired a priority date for Western Hemisphere immigration
                   as of June 27,1974.

                      Be it enacted hy the Senate and House of Representatives of the
ehea Hyo Suk.      United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the admin-
                   istration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Chea Hyo Suli may
                   be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b) (1) (F)
8 u s e 1101.      of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Mr. and
                   Mrs. Theodore Thatcher, citizens of the United States, pursuant to
8 u s e 1154.      section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers
                   or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue oi such relationship,
