8/20/1976--Reported to Senate amended. (Reported to Senate from the Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs with amendment, S. Rept. 94-1153) Directs the Secretary of the Interior to prepare and transmit to the Committees on Interior and Insular Affairs of the Senate and House of Representatives a feasibility-suitability study of a National Museum of Afro-American History and Culture at or near Wilberforce, Ohio. Requires such study to include cost estimates of any necessary acquisition, operations and maintenance, and development.
