July 25. 1975 To amend section 301(b)(7) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as
[S. 435] amended, to change the marketing year for wheat from July 1-June 30, to
June 1-May 31.
Be it enacted hy the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Wheat. United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 301(b)
Marketing year, (7) of the Agricultural Adjustment xAct of 1938, as amended, is
adjustment. amended by striking out "Wheat, July 1-June 30" and inserting in
7 u s e 1301.
Effective date. lieu thereof "Wheat, June 1-May 31".
7 u s e 1301 note. SEC. 2. The amendment made by the first section of this Act shall
become effective June 1, 19^5.
