Be It enacted hy the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Mrs. Desolina United States of Ameiica In Congress assembled, That, notwithstand-
SciuUi. ing the provision of section •212(a) (9) of the Immigration and Nation-
8 u s e 1182. ality Act, Mrs. Desolina Sciulli may be issued a visa and admitted to
the United States for pennanent residence if she is found to be other-
wise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That this
exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the
Department of State or the Department of Justice had knowledge
prior to the enactment of this Act.

Be it enacted hy the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Florin. United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the admin-
8 u s e 1101 note. istration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Meda Abilay Florin
8 u s e 1101. may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)
(1) (E) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf
by Aurora A. and Jose R. Florin, permanent resident aliens of the
United States: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or
sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be
accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and
Nationality Act.
