Rept. 95-420) Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to suspend, until June 30, 1980, the customs duty imposed upon the importation of synthetic tantalum/columbium concentrate. Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to suspend the customs duty on concentrate of poppy straw for production of codeine or morphine until June 30, 1980. Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to suspend, until June 30, 1980, the customs duties on specified bicycle parts and accessories.
