  SEC. 2. (a) Subpart B of p a r t 1 of the Appendix to the Tariff 19 u s e 1202
Schedules of the United States (19 U.S.C. 1202) is amended by app.
inserting immediately before item 907.80 the following new item:

  SEC. 3. (a) Item 912.05 of the Appendix to the Tariff Schedules of 19 u s e 1202
the United States (19 U.S.C. 1202) is amended—                         app.
        (1) by inserting ", and parts thereof" immediately after "Gen-
   ^ erator lighting sets for bicycles"; and
        (2) by striking out "12/31/76" and inserting in lieu thereof
     "6/30/80".

(c) The amendments made by subsections (a) and (b) shall apply 19 use 1202 with respect to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for app. note. consumption on or after the date of the enactment of this Act. 19 use 1202 (d) Upon request therefor filed with the customs officer concerned app. note. on or before the 90th day after the date of the enactment of this Act, the entry or withdrawal of any article (other than any derail- leur) to which item 912.05 or 912.10 of the Tariff Schedules of the United States (as in effect on December 31, 197G) applied and— (1) which was made after December 31, 197G, and before the date of the enactment of this Act, and (2) with respect to which there would have been no duty if any of the amendments made by subsections (a) and (b) applied to such entry or withdrawal, shall notwithstanding the provisions of section 514 of the Tariff Act 19 u s e 1514. of 1930 or any other provision of law, be liquidated or reliquidated as though such entry or withdrawal had been made on the date of the enactment of this Act.
