                                                   An Act
 July 28, 1978    To declare certain federally owned land known as the Yardeka School land to be
    [S. 947]                      held in trust for the Creek Nation of Oklahoma.

                    Be it enacted hy the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Indians.          United States of America in Congress assemhled^ That, subject to
Creek Nation of   existing permits and rights-of-way, all right, title, and interest of the
Oklahoma.         United States in the five acres, more or less, described as west half of
Land in trust.
                  the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of the northwest
                  quarter of section 10, township 10 north, range 13, I.B.M., Mcintosh
                  County, Oklahoma, are hereby declared to be held in trust by the
                  United States for the Creek Nation of Oklahoma.
                    Approved July 28, 1978.
