H.R. 4356 (96th): A bill to amend the Food Stamp Act of 1977 for purposes of providing that certain educational loans, grants, scholarships, fellowships, and veterans’ educational benefits received by recipients of aid to families with dependent children shall not be included in determining household income for purposes of such Act.
