PUBLIC LAW 96-535—DEC. 16, 1980 94 STAT. 3165 Public Law 96-535 96th Congress An Act To amend title 32, United States Code, to allow Federal recognition as officers of the Dec. 16, 1980 National Guard of members of the National Guard of the Virgin Islands in grades [H.R. 5856] above the grade of colonel.
