(Measure passed House, amended) Declares that certain lands in Minnesota be held in trust for certain communities of the Mdewakanton Sioux and that such lands be considered a part of the Indian tribe's reservation. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to publish a description of such lands in the Federal Register.
