(Measure passed Senate, amended) Arms Control and Disarmament Amendments Act of 1981 - Amends the Arms Control and Disarmament Act to authorize appropriations for FY 1982 and 1983 for the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency. Allows the Director of such Agency to accept the security and loyalty investigations of the Defense Department or the State Department for persons detailed to the Agency from other Government agencies. Authorizes the Agency to study all aspects of antisatellite activities.
